In this episode Monty Waldin meets Francesca Bava (Giulio Cocchi Spumanti). Francesca is Roberto Bava’s daughter (see episode 105) and works for the Giulio Cocchi brand owned by the Bava family. Francesca tells Monty all about Asti Spumante, Cocchi’s aromatized wines and their signature Vermouth, made with a mix of 30 herbs including artemisia!
