Assuli Winery. ASSULI is a Sicilian Winery located in the Western side of the island, in the core of the renowned DOC SICILIA where the wines are enhanced by the power of the sun and the proximity to the sea. Vignaioli Pugliesi. In 1959 in Orta Nova, during the economic boom, a group of farmers decided to found the Cantina Sociale, a cooperative set up among members only to make good local wine by harvesting the grapes from their fields.
