Good morning folks!
It is yet another Friday and Scienza himself said it is tradition in Italy to kinda pour grappa into your coffee so I now feel legitimized to do so even if it’s 9 am and I am currently sitting at my desk at work writing copies for this and other episodes of the Italian Wine Podcast. (Stevie, if you’re reading, I’m sorry, you know I’m joking and I’d never drink anything while at work unless if it’s provided by you like this morning’s so called “juice” witch was actually Moscato d’Asti).
