Tommaso talks about the Lambrusco varieties vinified by Cleto Chiarli—Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco di Sorbara, and Lambrusco Grasparossa—and explains the origin of the grape names. Tommaso also presents a typical four-course meal from the region paired exclusively with Lambrusco.
