About today’s guest producer:
Alberto Cordero di Montezemolo
Alberto is the 19th generation of the Cordero di Montezemolo family, owner of a historical family farm in the heart of the village of La Morra in Barolo. Born in 1981, he is the winemaker of the winery which he managers together with his father Giovanni and sister Elena.
Most of their vineyards are located in the hamlet of Annuziata, which is known as Montfalleto, a name derived from “Mont Falet” or “Monte del Falletti”. The Cordero di Montezemolo family is related to the Falletti family and the property has been in these hands since 1340.
